Automation & AI

Automation that fits the way you work

From a simple script to smart automation with RPA and AI: we always start with your process, and only then look for the solution that fits best. Stable, maintainable and tailored to your organisation.

Approach

The process first, then the solution

Not every bottleneck calls for the same approach. That's why we first take a close look at the process itself: what exactly happens, where does it get stuck, and what would really make a difference? Only then do we decide together what the best way forward is.

  • 1
    Mapping the process
We look step by step at how things actually work today, without assumptions.
  • 2
    Identifying room for improvement
What can be simpler, faster or less error-prone? Sometimes that's a small tweak, sometimes a more thorough approach.
  • 3
    Choosing the right solution
Scripting, robotic process automation (RPA), AI, or a combination: whatever fits best given the process, the budget and the organisation.

Our building blocks

  • 1
    Scripting
Small, targeted scripts for simple, recurring tasks.
  • 2
    RPA
Software that mimics human actions within existing applications, ideal for repetitive tasks across multiple systems.
  • 3
    AI (cloud & local)
Models that understand text, documents or unstructured data, via a cloud service or run locally when needed for privacy or control.
  • 4
    Combination
RPA and AI are often used together: AI for understanding and flexibility, RPA for reliable, predictable execution.
Examples

What can be automated?

A selection of tasks we often see at small and medium-sized organisations, and that are well suited to automation.

Reading & filling in websites

Automatically retrieving data from websites or portals, or filling in forms and systems without having to do it manually.

Excel processing

Automatically processing, completing or merging Excel files instead of doing it by hand. Faster and without retyping errors.

Data entry between applications

Data that today gets manually retyped from one system into another, automatically carried over instead.

Reading documents

Automatically recognising information from Excel files, PDFs or scans and entering it directly into the right application.

Interfacing between applications

Having systems such as accounting software, a transport system or a CRM communicate with each other automatically, without a manual step in between.

Reporting, dashboards & data analysis

Automatically compiling periodic reports from multiple sources, with clear dashboards and insights you can use right away.

Mailbox management

Automatically sorting incoming emails, forwarding them to the right person or department, or preparing standard replies.

RPA + AI

Why we like combining RPA and AI

RPA alone is very precise, but can be fragile as soon as an input is formatted slightly differently than expected. AI alone is more flexible, but less predictable. By combining both, we get the best of each approach: AI provides understanding and flexibility for variable or unstructured input, RPA provides reliable, consistent execution. That combination usually delivers more stability than either one on its own.

Where needed, for example for privacy reasons or to keep more control, this can be done with local AI models, alongside or instead of cloud services.

What that means in practice

  • 1
    Less maintenance
An automation that works today keeps working when an input is formatted slightly differently.
  • 2
    Fewer errors
AI helps interpret variable input (e.g. an email or a scan), RPA takes care of the consistent execution afterwards.
  • 3
    Manageable & controllable
We build in checkpoints, so someone can step in whenever something falls outside the expected pattern.
